I do offer some concessionary rates but generally my fees are £45 per hour.

I charge £50 per hour for couples, £60 per hour for families and £45 per hour for individual mindfulness training.

Training for groups/organisations

My fees for workshops and training are negotiated depending on group numbers, the turnover of the organisation I am working for and my expenses. I generally charge £100 per hour but again, offer concessions where I can for charities, voluntary groups etc.

Team Building

As above, my rates are negotiable but I generally charge £100 per hour.
